**Regulatory Compliance Engineer** **Job Description** **Job Description (Short Summary of Role)** (Senior) Safety Engineer – Regulatory Compliance – Authority NL is responsible for: To support (lead) Regulatory Compliance activities and team on a project related to the PED, WBDA, ATEX, WBDA for NL projects. Responsible for obtaining Notified Body Approvals. **Preferred Experience (software, language, specific knowledge or expertise)** Significant technical experience and skills in the following areas EU Directives (PED/ ATEX/ etc.) Coordination with authorities and notified bodies **Non-negotiables (Minimum criteria that are required for hire, used to shortlist applications)** Process Safety knowledge and experience; Master’s or Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Chemical Engineering or Mechanical Engineering or in another relevant engineering discipline; Authority Engineering capabilities for complex multi-office projects. EPC(m) project experience. Familiar with International and European and Dutch rules and regulations related to Authority Engineering and Safety Engineering.
