Roles and Responsibilities
Lead the design and construction of test hardware and software, including the development of test requirements and qualification of systemsTroubleshoot existing test equipment hardware and software breakdownAuthor technical design documents including Equipment Requirement Specification, Design Qualification, Equipment QualificationCoach engineering technicians in equipment build, use, work instructions development, and troubleshootingEnsure safe manufacturing practices through implementation of design controlsUse technical skills, expertise, and analytical thinking to solve problemsRequired Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering or related field and at least 3 years’ experience in an electronics industry, or associate’s degree and 5 years’ experience in an electronics industryBackground in test development or troubleshooting of complex electronic systemsDemonstrated ability to analyze and resolve technical problemsStrong oral and written communication skillsDesired Characteristics
