Research Assistant
We are Seeking a **_Research Assistant_** who will mainly assist in completing data entries and oversee day -to-day data collection for research study(ies). Tasks will be done both remotely as well as in the office. **Specific Duties & Responsibilities** + Work in a prostate cancer genetics research team to assist in study instruments. + Compile and organize all study data from multiple databases. + Run routine reports and develop data reports. + Collect paper-based and electronic patient records. + Maintain logs of clinical information of subjects. + Enter data and complete family pedigrees in Progeny. + May assist PIs in writing summaries. **Special Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities** + Organized and attentive to details. + Can work remotely from home and can travel to the office at Johns Hopkins Hospital. + Proficient in using computers, including software applications, databases, spreadsheets, and word processing. **Minimum Qualifications** + Bachelor's Degree in related discipline. + Some related experience. + Additional education may substitute for required experience and additional related experience may substitute for required education, to the extent permitted by the JHU equivalency formula. **Preferred Qualifications** + Advanced degree.
