Job Summary
Responsibilities
Recruit research subjects. Perform a phone screen and check medical records for eligibility.
Conduct clinical interviews and neuropsychological testing. Assess diagnostic status, symptom severity, and current cognitive functioning in all research participants. Training on all measures will be provided.
Collects and enters data. Assists in analysis of data and with preparation of reports, manuscripts and other documents.
Miscellaneous research activities, including administration of forms/questionnaires to subjects, maintaining lab records, troubleshooting, making arrangements for subject payments, ordering supplies, placing reminder phone calls, making copies, and other tasks as needed.
This job provides technical and administrative support in a laboratory environment performing basic laboratory techniques, research and analysis under direction.

Complies with institution, state and federal regulatory policies, procedures, directives, and mandates.
Performs other related work as needed.
Minimum Qualifications
Education:
Minimum requirements include vocational training, apprenticeships or the equivalent experience in related field (not typically required to have a four-year degree).---

Education:
Bachelor’s degree.
Experience:
Two years of relevant research experience.
Experience gained in school counts towards this qualification.
Preferred Competencies
Knowledge of research technique and methods in relevant scientific field.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
Work both independently and as a team member.
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
Working Conditions
Work independently for periods of eight (8) hours or more.
