The Research Coordinator reports to the Director of the Consortium on Race Gender and Ethnicity CRGE The Research Coordinator is an integral part of the leadership research and administrative team of CRGE and plays a significant role in the CRGEs programs and goals The Research Coordinator provides support for all research related initiatives outreach activities and oversight and coordination of programming initiatives supervision of undergraduate and graduate student workers and general oversight of day to day operations No permanent staff may supervise 2 3 undergraduate and graduate student workers
