Die Rolle:

In dieser Position kümmern Sie sich um die Entwicklung und Validierung neuer Salonformeln sowie die Verfeinerung und weitere Erforschung von Kao oder externen Basisformulierungen und Übertragung in Salonprodukte.

Bei dieser Stelle handelt es sich um eine bis zum 31. August 2026 befristete Vollzeitposition (Elternzeitvertretung).

Was Sie machen werden:

Laborversuche zur Entwicklung neuer Basis Rezepturen sowie zur technischen Implementierung aller Produkt Aktivitäten im Einklang mit den Project Management Prinzipien, inkl. Dokumentation sämtlicher notwendiger technischer Informationen für den Herstellungsprozess Stabilitätstest, inkl. ordnungsgemäßer Dokumentation Generierung von Daten für den Claim Support sowie für Kommunikationskonzepte Laborversuche zur Bewertung neuer Technologien (Ideen von internen/externen Quellen und der KAO Forschung; Durchführung von Laborexperimenten zur Bewertung neuer Rohstoffe) Beantragung von Patenten zum Schutz der Forschungsergebnisse; Unterstützung der Patentabteilung mit Patentanmeldungen Unterstützung von Global Supply Chain beim Up-Scaling sowie bei Null-Ansätzen Unterstützung bei der Durchführung von Maßnahmen, um bei Problemen hinsichtlich Qualität, Produktsicherheit, Patentrecht und Kosmetikrecht entgegenzuwirken , inkl. Beschwerdemanagement Markt- und Wettbewerbsbeobachtung zur Identifizierung neuer Ideen und Potentiale; Implementierung von Maßnahmen für die Ideenfindung in Absprache mit dem Vorgesetzten

Was Sie mitbringen:

The role:

In this role you will be responsible for the development and validation of new Salon shape formulas as well as the refinement and further exploration of Kao or external base formulations and transfer into Salon products. 

This is a full-time maternity cover until 31st August 2026.

What you will do:

Laboratory experiments for developing new basic recipes and the technical implementation of all product activities as per project management principles, incl. documentation of all technical information necessary for the manufacturing process Stability tests, incl. proper documentation Generating data for claim support and communication concepts Laboratory experiments for evaluating new technologies(ideas from internal/external sources and KAO Research; performing laboratory experiments to evaluate new raw materials Applying for patents to safeguard research findings; assisting the patents department with patent registration Assisting GSC with up-scaling and zero approaches Assisting with the implementation of measures to counteract quality, product safety, patent law and cosmetic law problems, incl. handling complaints

What you will need:

Degree in natural sciences Strong analytical and organizational skills Excellent collaboration and communicational skills Highly self-motivated Ability to work independently Fluent in English (oral and written)
