Overview

Join our team as a Reservations Group Room Coordinator! We are seeking an enthusiastic and detail-oriented individual to support our group reservation needs. In this role, you will work closely with our sales and events teams to coordinate reservations for groups, ensuring all details are accurately documented and communicated. Assist the Front Office with pre-registration of V.I.P.’s and Preferred accounts. Assist in preparation of 10-day forecast and Group Commitment report. Strong attention to detail required.  You will have the opportunity to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, providing exceptional customer service to both internal and external clients.

Qualifications Prior experience in reservations or group sales in the hospitality industry preferredStrong attention to detail and organizational skillsExcellent communication and customer service skills; read, write, and speak English fluentlyAbility to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environmentProficiency in Microsoft Office and hotel reservation systems Benefits
