Job Specifications:  

Expected Pay Range: $11.40 - $14.40 / hour + tips

If hired into a tipped position you will make a minimum of $20 / hour inclusive of tips.

Shift type: Part Time, Weekends and Holidays , Year Round

Skill Level: Entry 

Other Specifics: Host, Busser, Expediter

 

Job Responsibilities:  

Make connections with guests and co-workers 

Share our passion for the mountains during service 

Follow the leadership guidelines as outlined during the daily pre-shift meeting 

Set beverage stations and food displays, cashier, greet guests and bus tables 

Maintain clean and tidy workstations throughout and at the end of the work day 

Other duties as assigned 

 

Job Requirements:  

We will teach you all necessary skills to be able to execute your job safely, no formal experience is needed 

Desire to learn and grow 

Must be able to communicate fluently in English 

Ability to stand and walk for extended periods of time, to bend, lift and carry objects up to 40lbs 

Work a varied schedule including weekends & holidays 

 

A Restaurant Crew team member is a flexible employee who often works across multiple departments and in various roles to support the one resort mentality which could include one of the following: 

Mountain Activities 

Retail Rental operations 

Food and Beverage Support 

Ticket sales or scanning 

Lift Operations 

Base Area Operations 

 

The expected pay range is 20.00. This is the pay range we reasonably expect to pay for this position. Individual compensation decisions are based on a variety of factors.
