Job Description:

Guide customers through the purchase decision and activation process of Cox product offerings (cable, data, voice, and wireless)

Responsible for meeting established sales objectives by matching customer needs with the right products and services

Ensure individual sales targets are met

Execute promotions and campaigns designed to increase brand equity and achieve sales objectives

Build and maintains relationships with potential and existing customers

Aid customers in completing purchases and resolving issues

Strive to exhibit best-in-class customer service skills

Contribute to sales area up-keep and cleanliness

Clearly explain and illustrate product and service capabilities and continuously expand on industry knowledge

May be required to work in other locations that are in proximity to ‘home store’ to meet the needs of the business

No door-to-door, cold calling, or telemarketing

Qualifications:

HS diploma or GED

1 or more year of experience preferred in related field preferred (i.e. Sales, Retail Sales, etc.)

Ability to meet established sales, retention, and customer experience target goals

Willingness to work a flexible schedule which includes weekends, evenings, and holidays

Computer literacy with an aptitude for learning communication products and services

Must have reliable, consistent transportation and ability to work at a variety of retail locations

Strong interpersonal and communication skills to effectively sell products using a solutions-based approach
