Day-in-the-Life as a Retail Sales Associate:

Demonstrate, sell and promote Samsung products to customers in Best Buy.Ensure that consumers have the latest and most relevant product information available when making a purchase decision.Excel at building relationships with Best Buy associates and leadership within the retail store through daily trainings, collaboration and goal sharing.

Job Description:

Sell Samsung mobile products and services in a Best Buy retail storeMaintain professional interaction with both customers and Best Buy employeesMeet or exceed personal sales goals on a monthly basisEngage with customers by courteously welcoming and offering assistanceDirect customers by escorting them to Samsung displays; Educate yourself on the needs of the customer and suggests products to fit those needsAdvise customers by providing information on Samsung products and both Samsung and Best Buy servicesHelp customers make selections by building customer confidence in their purchasesAccurately document and report salesContribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as neededResponsible for accurately tracking and communicating all activity to Retail OperationsEnsure Samsung branded devices are cleaned thoroughly, well-organized, displays/devices are functional and presentable at all timesComplete display resets upon request and during launches of new exciting devicesResponsible for submitting all paperwork completely and accurately

Performance Measurements:

Regular and prompt attendanceMeet established monthly/weekly sales quota/goalsCustomer/client satisfaction based on rejection percentage and substantiated complaints

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent requiredSix (6) months prior sales, retail, telecom or marketing experience preferredDemonstrated knowledge of products and servicesExcellent communications, presentation, interpersonal and problem-solving skillsImpeccable integrity and commitment to customer satisfactionAbility to multi-task in a fast-paced, team environmentAbility to work flexible weekends including evenings, weekends and holidaysAbility to maintain customer confidentiality
