Summary: Actively recruiting a Revit BIM Modeler II for development, simulation, and technical support in robotic systems.
Job Requirements:
Associates degree preferred in Computerized Drafting field
Minimum of 2 years of experience with knowledge of electrical symbols and electrical drafting conventions and standards
Proficient working knowledge of the most current modeling applications software in use by REI
Fluency in Autodesk Navisworks, Autodesk Design Review
Strong BIM experience
Understanding of 3D coordination with other trades
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel); Oracle preferred
Preferred Skills:
Ability to create and manipulate Revit families, views, browser structure, sheets, schedules, filters and similar Revit functions
Ability to create Revit work sets and understanding of Revit work sharing process
Fluency for importing documents into Revit projects
Fluency in the current version of Revit software employed by the Department
Fluency in reading 2D plans
Job Responsibilities:
Provide modeling efforts for both project delivery and standards
Develop Revit Families either for revised standards or specific project needs
Efficiently model and document the project
Perform layout and input marked-up drawings into Revit according to Standards
Lead modeling efforts on projects working with support modelers to complete deliverables
Setup of Revit views for use by the Project team
Electronic document filing and all other facets of electronic drawings or model
Document and archive work pursuant to the REI Standard.
Pay Details: $25.00 to $30.00 per hour
