Supports the Nurse Manager in a supervisory capacity while managing team member and patient care issues, ongoing team member performance appraisal and the hiring, counseling and terminating process. Proficient in the delivery of complex nursing care and continuously promotes quality care assuming a brad level of accountability for outcomes.
