HOW YOU'LL MAKE AN IMPACT The Registered Clinical Nurse (RN) is fundamental in achieving recognized world-class health careAssumes direct and indirect responsibility for the patient's care environmentThe primary responsibility is providing care through collaboration with health care team members and the autonomous application of the nursing processAlso provides leadership, mentoring and role modeling for other members of the health care teamResponsibilities include, but are not limited to, coordination and delegation of care in a safe, secure and clean environmentCare provided displays respect for the patient’s rights, dignity, values, confidentiality and expressed needsAdaptable, using evidenced based practice and information technologies while maintaining focus on providing comfort, relieving pain and alleviating anxiety.

Nurse Extern, Graduate/Licensed Practical Nurse, Nursing Technician/Specialty Technician, Unit Secretary, Patient Care Assistant WHAT YOU’LL NEED TO APPLY

Required Education:

Associates in Nursing Preferred: Bachelor's Degree in Nursing

Required Experience:

1 year of acute care experience requiredPreferred: 2-5 years’ experience as RN

 

Required Certification/License/Registry:

Current license to practice as an RN in FloridaMust have a current Basic Life Support (BLS) or Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) certification from an accredited instructor from the American Heart Association (AHA) and/or other specialized life support requirements designated by work area
