RN - Med/Surg - $15-20K Hiring Incentive - Spencer Hospital
Position qualifies for hiring incentive of $15k and Student Loan Repayment Program up to $200/month! New grads are welcome to apply! Responsibilities: + Responsible for utilizing the nursing process to provide individualized nursing care in the Med/Surg Department. + Assumes the responsibility for the outcome of nursing care during a specified work period. + Collaborates with all available nursing personnel to provide total patient care. + Must have knowledge of and utilize appropriate age-related patient protocols relating to the physical and psychological needs of patients. Requirements: + Must be a caring communicator, flexible, able to multitask and be comfortable with technological systems + IA RN license + BLS and ACLS are required - onsite training is available with no cost to employees upon hire + Med/Surg experience preferred, but new grads welcome to apply Schedule: + Multiple Shifts Available - 12-hour shifts - 7-7 - holiday rotation: + 72 hours a pay period. Day/Night. Every 3rd weekend + 72 hours a pay period. Straight Nights. Every 3rd weekend. (Additional $5k = $20k total) + Weekend Package. 12 hr shifts Fri-Sun. Day/Night. Work 42 out of 52 weekends per year, may work more + Receive an additional 8 hours paid every pay period! Your choice of benefits (10% increase in base wage) or non-benefits (33% increase in base wage) + The schedule may fluctuate based upon the needs of the department
