Schedule includes Monday-Saturday, 6:50a-5:20p FLEX with Call. Saturday, Sunday, and Holiday on-call schedule includes 24-hr coverage. **Minimum Requirements:** + Current Massachusetts RN license. + Current O.R. experience or completion of AORN PERIOP 101course + Demonstrated working knowledge of all principles of aseptic techniques + Demonstrated working knowledge of technical skills to operate complex surgical equipment during surgical procedures:i.e. Endoscopic, Laser, ENT, Ortho, Plastic, Podiatry, Neuro, General, Thoracic, Urology, and Vascular. + BLS required. **Recommended Requirements:** + Proven leadership experience + Charge Nurse experience; ability to function in crisis situation. + CNOR Certification. + BSN preferred _As with all job assignments, staff may be floated to areas where they are needed._ **As a health care organization, we have a responsibility to do everything in our power to care for and protect our patients, our colleagues and our communities.
