Durant is proud to be the home of Alliance Hospital, a 148-bed facility serving Bryan, Choctaw, Atoka, Johnston and Marshall Counties. AllianceHealth Durant offers a range of medical services and procedures to patients in the region since 1987. AllianceHealth Durant is home to a Trauma Level III emergency room, fully-digital diagnostic imaging center, 20,000 sq. ft. women’s center, a wound care & hyperbarics center, “New Visions” medical stabilization program, inpatient & outpatient surgical services, physical therapy and much more.
About the Job:
? Evaluates assigned patients and plans, implements, and documents nursing care
? Assists physicians during examinations and procedures
? Performs various patient tests and administers medications within the scope of practice of the registered nurse
? Promotes patients' independence by establishing patient care goals and teaching patients and families to understand conditions, medications, and self-care skills
? Relies on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals
? 3x12s, varying days
Requirements:
? Current OK or Compact RN license
? Associates Degree in Nursing, Bachelors preferred
? BLS certification, ACLS preferred
? 1-2 years’ experience preferred
