All Wage determinations will be based on similar experience.Shift Differential Available on Evenings and Nights

The Registered Nurse (RN) provides for and assists in meeting the TCU (transitional care unit /sub acute) patients' physical, emotional and psycho-social needs while adhering to facility, state and federal guidelines for our spacious skilled nursing care center in Burnsville, MN.

 

Nursing schedule includes;

Responsibilities/Job Description Monitors personal cares provided to assure consistency with each individual care plansCoordinates medications and performs treatments per physician orders and facility policiesProvides data relevant to the development of the resident careRN – Assesses care plans,  resident goals and revises, modify care plans as neededProvides reports and documentation related to incidents, change of status and cares provided Qualifications

Required:

Current MN RN license or by start date

BLS is required upon hire and/or new hire must show proof that they are currently

enrolled in a BLS class to renew or obtain their certification. BLS certification must be

obtained within three-weeks of hire date and before nurse can perform independent

practice

AHA BLS for Healthcare Providers or Red Cross CPR for Professional Rescuers

Preferred:
