Responsibilities\n\n1 on 1 Patient Care.\nProvides nursing care in accordance with the physician's care plan of treatment, and individual plan of care, as authorized by the client's payer source.\nTake and record blood pressure, temperature, and heart rate measurements.\nMonitor patient's conditions including fluid intake, and output, and compose patient charts.\nAssist ailing patients in daily necessary activities.\nProvide emotional support.\n\n
