Medina Hospital’s 4 South unit is looking to add a Registered Nurse (RN) to their dedicated team of caregivers. This 27-bed unit specializes in joint replacement, cares for patients with revisions of total joint replacements, lumbar and cervical decompressions, fusions and laminectomies, and has telemetry capabilities. As an RN, you will be responsible for providing direct nursing care, monitoring patients’ health, assessing patients’ pain levels, administering medication and maintaining up-to-date patient records.

- Has proof of Basic Life Support (BLS) certification through the American Heart Association (AHA).
- Provides care with compassion, empathy, and patience.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is looking to have flexibility during their week and provide patient care on the weekends. Our Weekend Flex Program allows caregivers to work two 12-hr shifts per weekend + one 12-hr shift during the week. Weekend shift options start at 7:00pm on Fridays and end at 7:30am on Mondays. This schedule allows caregivers to enjoy personal time during the week with family and friends and take care of any errands that won't interfere with a typical day shift schedule. Cleveland Clinic will assist you by offering 36 hours of work and we will pay you for 44 hours. The candidate in this role will have a full-time status and all our benefits will be included. This position does not require any floating and you will work in one unit/specialty. Join our team and together, provide exceptional patient care.

Cleveland Clinic provides what matters most: career growth, delivering world-class care to our patients, continuous learning, exceptional benefits and working for an organization that offers many long-term career paths. Join us and experience a culture where opportunities to advance and the support to get there go hand-in-hand.
