Assesses, plans, implements, and evaluates treatment of wound, skin, and ostomy patients in collaboration with the healthcare team. Facilitates education/training, planning, organization, and implementation within the hospital. Acts as a resource for hospital staff regarding wound/skin/ostomy care.
