Sales Administrator
Job Title: Sales AdministratorJob Description As a Sales Administrator, you will play a crucial role in supporting the sales team by issuing quotes, entering orders, and maintaining customer billing and credits. Your organizational awareness and attention to detail will ensure smooth sales operations and customer satisfaction. Responsibilities + Issue quotes and enter orders to support the sales team. + Maintain and understand customer billing and credits. + Resolve order and inventory issues by investigating and providing solutions. + Provide product information by clarifying customer requests and answering questions. + Maintain customer information by updating profiles. + Assist in developing and organizing presentation materials. + Ensure compliance with established manufacturing policies and guidelines. + Participate in educational programs and seminars to enhance job knowledge. + Monitor office supply stock levels and place orders as needed. Essential Skills + Sales support experience + Order processing skills + Proficiency in Microsoft Office + Experience working in the defense industry + Experience working in portals Additional Skills & Qualifications + Associate degree preferred + 2+ years of sales support experience, or more in lieu of a degree + Strong knowledge of the MS Office suite + Ability to prioritize and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment + Working knowledge of an ERP system and ability to learn and work within one Work Environment This is a full-time role with a 9/80 work schedule. The office environment includes Manufacturing, Engineering, Product Control, and Shipping/Receiving departments. The role requires working in a dynamic and collaborative setting, prioritizing tasks effectively to meet deadlines. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $65000.00 - $85000.00/yr. • Healthcare, 401K and additional benefits• This is a 100% in office role, with some potential to travel, but not required.
