Sales Development Representative

The Sales Development Rep (SDR) is an important element of A10 Networks’ Sales Organization. As an A10 SDR, you will leverage your prospecting, communication, and sales skills to find the right leads and new sales opportunities. You’ll work closely with talented Regional Sales, Channel, and Marketing teams to generate meetings and qualified leads that help A10 Networks achieve its sales objectives.  

Essential Job Functions  

Leverage all available tools to prospect into new accounts and book meetings with ICP prospectsGenerate meetings and qualified leads leveraging phone calls, emails, and available collateral and web-based resources  Work closely with Team Leads, Direct Sales, and Channel Sales teams to execute regular sales campaigns  Follow up on inbound Enterprise and Service Provider account interest and targeted marketing campaigns  Build and maintain good relationships with customers, sales teams, and marketing teams  Consistently generate a high level of inbound prospecting activity using Dialer and other tools. Follow opportunity development until closing  Maintain an up-to-date technical understanding of products, solutions, and business value  propositions  Utilize CRM system to track activity and manage sales opportunities  Regularly achieve Key Performance Metrics  Meet quarterly and annual qualified opportunity Goals  

Top Talent Must Posess the following:

Experience with Salesforce.com or other CRM tools  Bachelor's Degree or Equivalent preferred 1-2 years previous lead generation or other sales experience but not required.Some knowledge of networking, security, data center hardware/software  General knowledge of sales cycles  Fluent in English with excellent verbal and written
