Our Business Development Representative (BDR) team is an integral part of our Sales Business, focusing on generating new business and whitespace pipeline through prospecting outbound opportunities.

As a Sales Development Representative, you will be responsible for generating Sales Qualified Opportunities (SQLs). An SQL is defined as an opportunity that has entered the buying cycle, confirmed a business need for Vindicia’s solution, and is actionable and feasible to close within the next 2 quarters (6 months).

What will your job look like? Generate new business pipeline primarily through prospecting outbound opportunitiesMaintain inbound leads driven by outbound effortNurture early-stage opportunitiesGain interest through outbound cold calling across a set of existing customers and breaking into net new logos in assigned territoryPartner with core seller to identify and source net new pipeline and assist by researching lines of business and personasAlign with internal account teamIdentify key decision makers within new accountsAll you need is... Experience with following tools: SalesForce, Sales Loft and/or Zoom Info2 + years experience in business development, sales or related field experienceAbility to work in a fast-paced environment Experience researching, account planning, prospecting, and cold calling into a large list of accounts that are a hybrid of net-new logos .
