Initially, this role will be a player/coach position where you will act as a front-line Subject Matter Expert (SME), supporting sales teams and leading all AI consulting engagements.
The Sales Engineer will serve as a strategic AI expert, partnering with business leaders to uncover operational gaps, identify challenges, and design transformative AI solutions that drive long-term growth. Lead discovery meetings to understand client operations, challenges, and transformation opportunities, introducing AI-driven solutionsLead AI consulting engagements from initial discovery to solution design and implementationPresent actionable recommendations to executive stakeholders, translating complex AI concepts into business valueDevelop and deliver tailored AI strategies, prioritizing ROI-driven solutions that address process efficiency, scalability, and digital transformationPractice DevelopmentHelp develop the foundational framework for the AI Consulting practice, including service offerings, methodologies, and best practicesCreate a roadmap for scaling the practice, including identifying hiring needs and structuring future teamsDevelop concise sales descriptions and value propositions for AI solutionsCollaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure cohesive service delivery and client satisfaction
