Main Responsibilities: 

Monitor the commercial truck sales department’s performance.Encourage good habits and work ethic to ensure "Exceptional Customer Service" at all times.Hire, train, develop, mentor, and manage sales team members.Oversee and properly appraise commercial inventory. Manage and drive the sales process for the department.Set, track, and hit departmental goals.Maintain and build customer relationships.All other duties as assigned.
