What is the Sales Marketing Team and why join? 

The Sales Marketing Team is a strategic partner to our Sales division, helping them present WWT as a trusted technology solutions provider to customers and partners. What will you be doing?

In this position, you'll collaborate closely with our Global Service Provider Sales teams to meticulously plan and flawlessly execute targeted events alongside our valued customers and partners. These events encompass a diverse array, ranging from networking sessions and thought leadership forums to regional tradeshows and conferences, as well as golf outings and executive interactions. Our overarching objective is to cultivate unparalleled customer satisfaction, bolster WWT's reputation as a reliable partner, and foster strategic growth alongside our key collaborators.

Responsibilities:

Assist in the planning, coordination, documentation and execution of Sales Marketing Events Demonstrate success in event management and project management Develop marketing materials (invites, landing pages, sales collateral) Develop seamless and consistent communication plan between partners, sales teams and customers. Create and manage Marketing and event budgets Work in partnership with Sales and Marketing leadership to provide seamless support to regional, vertical, and national sales organizations Understand business priorities and identify process improvements to create efficiency Assist in the planning, coordination, documentation, execution, and purchasing of promotional materials, managing requirements with creative services department Maintain a keen understanding of industry trends affecting clients, and using the trends to make strategic recommendations Develop and maintain relationships with Sales and partner stakeholders Campaign ROI analysis and reporting 3rd party vendor management Onsite management of sales activities and events Travel as necessary to execute marketing initiatives (Up to 30% travel)
