The Re-Engagement Planning Advisor is responsible for learning the industry, products, product finance / insurance options (trust), services, as well as use of Customer Relationship Management (CRM) sales software and proprietary contracting software. Responsibilities include completing a training program which requires successfully complete course work, passing exams, and demonstrating the appropriate skills to begin fulfilling the following responsibilities.Compassionate and results-driven sales representative to actively set appointments and engage prospective clients with purchasing pre-planned funeral services as well as pre-planned cemetery/mausoleum property to meet their personal and cultural needs. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Key Responsibilities:
Proactively schedule After Care Visit appointments with families previously served through our mortuary for At-Need services.Communicate the importance and value of pre-planning by presenting Personal Planning Guides to familiesUse Salesforce to manage client accounts, track activity, and maintain follow-up.MINIMUM Requirements

Willingness to travel to client homes or company locations. Weekend and evening availability may be required.

Must have prior experience in At-Need funeral arrangements.
•
Limited Life License will be required.
Education
High School Diploma or equivalentLicenses
Ability to obtain and maintain insurance license as required by state/provinceCurrent state/province issued driver’s license with an acceptable driving recordExperience
Sales or Customer experience preferredPrevious experience with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) sales systems preferredKnowledge, Skills and Abilities

Compensation:
Salary: $18.00/hr ($40,000 - $100,000 annualized targeted first year earnings)
