Summary Job title: Sales Trainee - Non Exempt Job ID: 202466600001 Department: Salem - SEC Location: OR-Salem Description Summary: A Sales Trainee is an entry-level position that will give exposure to various roles in each facet of the company, gaining experience in Warehouse Operations, Customer Service, Account Management, Purchasing, and Operations. Once trained, the employee’s opportunities to transition to other roles (including operations, quotations, project management, account management, and outside sales) will be determined by the employee’s performance, the needs of the Profit Center, and at the manager’s discretion.
