Days/hours:  M, T, Th, F 8:30-4:30; Wed 10a-6p

Responsibilities:

Front desk clerical staff at outpatient behavioral health clinic. Clerical staff performs a variety supportive responsibilities and clerical functions to provide office support for an outpatient program for the adult mental health and/or chemical dependency population.  This includes:

Answering phone calls Greeting and announcing patient arrivals Contacting transportation services to facilitate patient appointments Obtaining and monitoring initial patient data, Scheduling appointments in electronic medical record system Filing and organizing patient records Gathering and tracking various statistics

 

Requirements:

High school diploma required or AA degree preferred. Prior human services or healthcare office work experience preferred

 

The pay for this position ranges from $19.7256 – 25.2512 per hour.

This range serves as a good faith estimate and actual pay will encompass a number of factors, including a candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies and experience.
