The Dartmouth Group is hiring (2)Security Door Attendants for its community in Boston, MA.

Work hours:

\n

(1) NIGHT TIME: 11pm - 7am, flexible schedule, weekends required.

\n

(1) DAYTIME Floater,, flexible schedule, weekends required.

\n

\n

Daily responsibilities:

\n

\n\nMeet and greet homeowners, residents, visitors, guests, members of the Board of Directors, maintenance vendors, and contractors.\nOpen doorways for people to enter and exit.\nEnsure the front door and lobby area are secure and safe.\nRemain at assigned post and correct stance.\nRespond to inquires and assist where needed.\nPlay active role in the valet parking procedures and ensure timely removal of cars.Secure taxicabs for residents and guests.\nTransport luggage for Porter pick-up and deliver to unit.\nCommunicate with, update, and inform Concierge Staff and Management team.\nAssist Porters in the placement and removal of lobby rain/snow mats as well as assist in maintaining the entrance area and lobby.\nMaintain accurate knowledge of local attractions and activities.\nOther duties as requested.\n\n Requirements\n2+ years of experience as a Door Attendant and/or Security functions.\nExcellent communication skills, written and spoken.\nService driven, Customer Focused, Team oriented.\nOutgoing and polite persona. Proactive and takes initiative.\nAbility to prioritize tasks and make good decisions in a quick manner.\nAbility to exert physical effort in removing, replacing and transporting residents and/or guest luggage and packages in and out of vehicles. (weight limit)\nAbility to withstand being outdoors and exposed to all weather conditions throughout assigned shift.\n\n
