Our independence keeps us nimble, thoughtful, and resourceful, allowing us to invest in the best people in the business.   Edelman is looking for a motivated, digital-savvy Senior Account Executive for one of Edelman’s most exciting and largest accounts.ResponsibilitiesLearn and exhibit solid understanding of key client information including general business strategy, industry issues, products and services offered, key customers and competitors in the marketplace; ability to work with team to adjust approaches based on shifts in client needs and priorities Simultaneously coordinate multiple campaigns/initiatives Work independently to manage campaigns/initiatives from strategy through execution Participate in and attend client meetings/conference calls Prepare and/or review activity reports and status reports for clients Work with integrated team to develop client strategies – for Comms and Marketing clients – that answer business objectives and reach key enthusiast audiences; provide independent thinking and research that helps lead to insights and successful plan development Work with integrated team and in partnership with Project Managers to navigate fast-paced environment and ensure deadlines for senior-level clients, as well as other internal client stakeholders, are successfully met Exhibit effective project management working closely with integrated teams including digital account, creative, Project Management, Production and EarnedSupport digital audits and work with measurement team to create measurement reportsManage Social-Rollout process to ensure accuracy of asset and posting details, client messaging/ copy and overall campaign details; work with internal team to incorporate client edits and navigate feedback from initial draft through postingQualificationsBachelor’s degree  Minimum 2 years of full-time agency or relevant experience Preferred QualificationsExperience working on large integrated communications campaigns is a huge plus Deep understanding of the role that digital media and social plays in a client’s communication mix; understanding of earned media a huge plus Acute attention to detail and superior written and communication skills Ability to assist in the development of complex communications marketing and digital engagement campaigns – IRL events/ activations, online activations, brand partnerships, talent / influencer partnerships Ability to think strategically and cultivate insights through research Basic knowledge of website structure, digital space and social mediaCollaborative approach to teamwork with a partnership and solutions-oriented mindset, comfort with flexibility $52,000 - $77,000 a yearAn employee’s pay position within the salary range will be based on several factors including, but not limited to, relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, geographic location, performance, travel requirements, revenue-based metrics, any contractual agreements, and business or organizational needs. The range listed is just one component of DJEH’s total compensation package for employees. Other rewards may include annual bonuses, a Paid Time Off policy, and region-specific benefits. #LI-TP
