About the role:
Our Demand sales team is responsible for growing our advertiser roster. We do this by partnering with brand and agency buyers to help them solve their marketing needs by using Vistar's unique technology. As a Senior Account Executive, you'll act as an ambassador of the company, evangelizing our technology solutions and differentiators, and get potential and current clients excited about working with us. You will be working directly with leaders of the business to drive revenue and lead client relationships.What you'll do:Develop prospect hit lists, and leverage existing sales relationships to maximize overall long-term value of Vistar's agency and brand relationshipsGrow your client roster by scheduling a minimum of 5 weekly meetings and regularly hosting client events and entertainment.Respond to campaign opportunities and proposals from existing and new potential clients across several verticalsManage key client relationships (strategic and day-to-day) across all demand lines of business including Vistar Managed Service, Vistar Self-Service as well as omni-channel DSP partnershipsCultivate strong relationships with clients across the Midwest, both locally in Chicago, and by traveling across the region several times per quarter.Work closely with the Account Management, Analytics and Product teams to understand client's success metrics and growth opportunitiesMaster the programmatic OOH industry and spaceWhat experience we're looking for:Bachelor's degree.5-8 years of work experience in a sales role within advertising or ad-tech, working with brands / agencies / trading desks / ad networks.Experience or familiarity with programmatic, digital OOH, mobile and or location based data.Strong understanding of exchanges, DSPs, SSPs.Experience working at a startup or fast growing company is preferred.Who you are:Can hold your own in a conversation about ad delivery, cookies and third-party data.Self-motivated and proactive.Very organized (you will be juggling many accounts).Excellent communication skills.Thrive in fast-paced environments.Positive attitude and passionate about their work.What we offer:Flexible, fun start-up environment and culture.An approachable and accessible C-Suite.Comprehensive health benefits.401k + match.Quarterly Lifestyle Stipend.Unlimited PTO and summer Fridays.Company-wide and team specific entertainment budgets.Sponsored Volunteer Events and Vistar Gives Back program.An awesome and supportive bunch of people to work with and learn from.
