Job Summary

Full accountability for business and engineering success at a set of defined, high priority customers in a particular geographyDriving a thorough understanding of the customers’ business in order to create a long-term engagement strategy and execution planWinning new design opportunities for SiTime products to gain share against competitionEstablishing key, value-based, collaborative relationships with the customer to drive differentiated and unique positions for SiTime solutionsExecute on a growth strategy that results in step function revenue (10x growth over 5 years) and market share growth

Responsibilities:

Full ownership of SiTime execution within the targeted customer baseUnderstanding the customers’ business includes but is not limited to;Thorough knowledge of their position in the market and longer-term outlookAreas of investment and competitive hurdlesWork collaboratively with internal constituents to define and execute an account strategy that establishes value for SiTime solutions, creating long-term differentiation within the customerCollaborate with business unit partners to ensure the financial impacts are alignedIdentify, cultivate and capture all design-in opportunities for SiTime solutionsUnderstand the customers system architecture and sub-system implementationHave a deep understanding of our competitors solutions and tradeoffsIdentify all available project and device opportunities and prioritize these effectivelyWork with business unit partners to uniquely position SiTime solutions and advantagesProactively communicate future program requirements and potential gaps in order to make appropriate changes to the planCultivate a broad, dynamic and thriving set of strong relationships at the customer spanning all functions and levels in order to develop an ecosystem of support for our engagement plansIdentify all key influencers and decision makers as well as their historical biases and a risk mitigation plan to address these biasesUnderstand how all potential influencers relate to one another; map these relationships out well in advance with a plan for how to proactively address themEstablish relationship mapping and plans for each of these key individualsBe able to influence the thought process internally and externally with key individuals, making them part of our solution in order to drive advocacyDrive partnership dialogue at executive levels to develop creative and unique longer-term business models for growthAble to quickly and effectively negotiate all required aspects of the business engagementLeverage resources, as necessary, internally and externally, for successful executionManage this across all levels of the company, internally and externallyWork with the internal business units to meet the business objectives for all partiesAlign with the customer to drive pre-alignment on expectations, navigate through complexity of competing or conflicting interests to find middle groundAnticipate objections and develop contingency plans to manage and address theseManage all financial aspects of the customer engagementsExecution of program timeline with on-time delivery of SiTime devicesTimely and accurate forecasts aligned with the customer outlookAssessment of inventory as an element of this forecasting processRealtime communication with distribution and EMS partners to solicit accurate dataWork in tandem with Worldwide sales partners for forecast alignmentDrive effective communication across the entire organization at all times Proactive and timely communication on any/all potential changes to the programFull understanding of all details pertinent to these changes and reasons behind themAnticipate and communicate all potential implications to SiTime

 

Qualifications & Requirements (Education must be included):

Base pay is one part of SiTime’s Total Rewards Package that is provided to compensate and recognize employees for their work. This role may be eligible for additional discretionary bonuses/incentives, and equity-based compensation.
