Senior Account Manager
Be responsible for day-to-day account management and retention of Providence Health Plan's largest and most complex accounts Provide strategic account leadership and oversight, annual renewal negotiations, and annual contract review Consult with producers and groups Identify opportunities to expand Providence Health Plan services, relationships, and brand Balance member and group retention with appropriate loss ratio and NOI targets inclusive of large employers, national accounts, associations, and trusts
