Senior Accountant

Kiteworks is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Accountant to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in accounting principles, financial analysis, and reporting, along with exceptional attention to detail and analytical skills.


What you'll do

Lead the month end close process for multiple entities, review the GL details, and make necessary adjustments. Reconcile cash accounts and B/S accounts for multiple entities and resolve reconciling items. Manage intercompany transactions among multiple entities, book revaluation of intercompany balance and prepare the debit memos. Reconcile all the fixed assets accounts, prepare the fixed assets roll-forward and book the fixed assets adjustments. Review subsidiaries’ financials and book the cost plus charges and the tax accruals. Prepare the allocations of cost center charges for multiple entities during close. Prepare the monthly financial package timely and accurately. Participate in multiple projects and undertake ad hoc projects and tasks as necessary. Prepare audit PBC items for multiple entities and coordinate team efforts to get audit items complete timely. Foster close collaboration with tax consultants to furnish requisite financial data for tax filings.


What you'll bring with you

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field. CPA certification preferred. 5-7 years of experience in accounting or finance roles, with 5-7 years in a senior or supervisory capacity. Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., NetSuite) and advanced knowledge of MS Excel. Strong understanding of GAAP principles, financial analysis techniques, and regulatory requirements. Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present complex financial information in a clear and concise manner. Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and integrity in financial reporting. Proven ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a proactive and solutions-oriented mindset.
