ROLE OVERVIEW

The role is aligned and sits with the Finance Department in the Reporting & Analysis Team.

The Finance Department comprises Group Reporting & Analysis, Group Accounting, Group Financial Operations/Integrations/Projects, ICS Finance and PCS Finance.

PURPOSE OF JOB

The role holder will be responsible for the designing and building of performance management reports, development of management information, and database development and maintenance. The role includes collaboration and providing support to local and global finance teams.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES

Designing and building of performance management reports across various systems and programming languages
Development of Management Information
Database development and maintenance
Analysing and evaluating data to ensure accuracy of Management Information
Assisting with the delivery of projects
Delivery of ad-hoc reporting requests whilst ensuring outputs can help management make informed decisions
Providing internal support to a global Finance Department
Adhere to CPD requirements in accordance with qualification level and in-house procedures
Adhere to the JTC core values and expected behaviours
Any other duties as deemed necessary by Management

ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Experience with computer programming languages preferred but not essential
Ability to work in fast paced environment with multiple priorities
High level of accuracy and attention to detail
Team player, ability to work well with a team
