Major Duties :1. Provides ongoing business and technical support.
2. Assists in the development of training and change management materials.
3. May provide assistance and train others.
4. Prepares or modifies business requirements to be used for the development of functional and systems specifications.
5. Coordinates testing of new systems and systems modifications.
6. Prepares materials and manuals, and provides training to partners related to system or process changes.
7. Performs research to achieve problem resolution.
8. Working towards becoming proficient in all areas of the job.
9. Running and creating formal and ad hoc reports.
10. Carries out complex activities with significant financial, client, and/or internal business impact
11. May have direct interaction with committees and/or Senior Management
12. Able to serve as a key subject matter expert and mentor to other more junior level employees
13. May manage daily operational activities and supervise day-to-day work of junior level employees (but not a formal management role)
14. More technically sound in area of expertise and has broader knowledge of other areas
15. Delivers a work product that requires less revision
16. Able to facilitate discussions and reach decisions

Knowledge :Excellent oral and written communication skills are required
In-depth Functional / Industry Knowledge is required
Highly flexible and adaptable to change
Technical skills / systems knowledge (e.g. Peoplesoft) is required

Experience :A College or University degree and/or relevant proven work experience is preferred.
