Key Responsibilities:

The Senior Analyst – Dashboards and Metrics will advance the delivery of meaningful analytics in support of IT performance and objectives. This role will be analytical and collaborative and will focus on analysis and reporting across technology teams, including developing and refining metrics dashboards, tracking key performance indicators, and identifying and developing improvement opportunities for how senior leaders measure and track performance.

Develops and maintains reports and dashboards on financial and operating metricsPerforms thorough quality assurance to ensure the accuracy of data and informationProvides analytical support, conducts research, reviews and helps evaluate the effectiveness of initiatives and IT performanceAnalyzes current metrics and reporting, identifies gaps, and works with leadership to create and improve metricsConducts feasibility studies on efforts/costs of reporting on new metrics requirements

QualificationsWhat’s needed to succeed (Minimum Qualifications):Bachelor's Degree and three years of work experience, or in lieu of a Bachelor's Degree, 6-9 years of related experience will be acceptedExperience in one or more of the following areas: Mathematics, Computer Science, Information Management, Statistics or equivalent experience2+ years of relevant experience in data analytics1+ years of interacting with senior leaders and stakeholdersExperience working with SQL or PythonKnowledge of Foundry, Google Analytics (Big Query), Enterprise Data Warehouse, and SQL serverSkills in data analysis, data manipulation, and problem solvingSkills in dashboard designAnalytical and problem-solving skillsOral and written communication skillsMust be legally authorized to work in the United States for any employer without sponsorshipSuccessful completion of interview required to meet job qualificationReliable, punctual attendance is an essential function of the positionWhat will help you propel from the pack (Preferred Qualifications):1+ years of experience with building reports/dashboards using BI tools (i.e., Tibco Spotfire, Tableau, Domo, PowerBI)Knowledge of Project ManagementKnowledge of Statistical AnalysisSkills in Business ConsultingSkills in negotiation and influenceAbility to comfortably deal with uncertainty and gaps in information
