JOB SUMMARY

As a Senior Business Intelligence Analyst at Consumer Direct Care Network, you will play a key role in supporting informed decision-making by using data to deliver actionable insights and strategic recommendations. You will contribute to the development of new reporting solutions while continuously improving existing tools and processes. Serving as a subject matter expert in company-wide systems and workflows, you will help drive efficiency and alignment across departments. Additionally, you will promote cohesiveness within the office environment and support large-scale initiatives and client advocacy efforts that align with the organization’s mission and goals.


JOB DUTIES

Innovate, design, develop, and implement semantic models, dashboards, and reports that provide actionable insight to support operations, financial modeling, forecasting and statistical tracking, and related business processesManage data modeling projects and master datasets to ensure the accuracy and consistency of data across various systems and reporting delivery using Power BIIdentify, analyze, and interpret trends or patterns in complex datasets sourced from a data warehouse to predict outcomesDevelop and implement data-driven solutions to address business challenges and improve operational efficiencyLead and manage projects from start to finish, ensuring that projects are delivered on time, with accuracy, and to the satisfaction of stakeholdersMentor and coach business intelligence analysts, sharing your expertise and experience to help them grow in their careersStay up to date with the latest developments in business intelligence and machine learning, and recommend new tools and techniques to improve current processesCommunicate effectively with all internal and external stakeholders on project timelines, processes, and provide excellent customer service to internal and external stakeholdersAssist in maintenance and utilize a cloud-based ERP toolComply with applicable legal requirements, standards, policies, and proceduresConduct advanced big picture reporting and oversight activitiesDemonstrate dependability, effective problem solving, and decision-making skillsLead, complete, and ensure timely delivery and quality of special projectsParticipate in professional development and training activitiesPrioritize and multitask effectivelyProvide support for escalated issuesOther duties as assigned

QUALIFICATIONS

Bachelor’s Degree preferred5+ years of experience in business intelligence or data analysis4+ years of experience and proven proficiency in Power BI data modeling, DAX, and MStrong problem-solving skills, including the ability to identify and resolve complex business and technical problemsExcellent project management skills, including the ability to lead and manage projects independently from start to finishProficiency in SQL and SSRSExperience with Power BI workspace management and securityCombination of education and experienceLeadership experience preferredPython experience a plusBe able to successfully pass a background screeningIf working remotely, employee must provide their own reliable internet services

The incumbent typically works in an office environment and uses a computer, telephone and other office equipment as needed to perform duties.
