PXTCS is an interdisciplinary team that uses economics, behavioral science, statistics, and machine learning to identify products, mechanisms, and process improvements that both improve Amazonian’s wellbeing and their ability to deliver value for Amazon’s customers. We work with HR teams across Amazon to make Amazon PXT the most scientific human resources organization in the world.

Key job responsibilities
As a business intelligence engineer on our team, you will:
- Own the design, development, and operations of metrics, reports, analyses, dashboards, BI tools, etc. to drive key business decisions
- Conduct deep dive data analyses of business opportunities and formulate conclusions and recommendations to leadership
- Partner with product managers, scientists, engineers and HR partners to enhance reporting, data availability, evaluation metrics, and broad access to customer insights
- Develop and drive best practices in data integrity, consistency, analysis, validations, and documentation
- Communicate and influence across teams with data-driven reporting and insights
