Senior Configuration Analyst

Responsibilities:         

Lead the design, development, and execution of technology solutions aligned to Financial processes; Analyze business requirements (functional and technical) to ensure the solution conforms to the requirements and delivers on schedule; Perform the necessary configuration to support the business requirements in Oracle ERP; Define, develop, and execute unit-test and integration test scenarios to meet business requirements; Participate in ERP solutions initiatives, standardizing systems and business practices, championing change, testing and user support; Communicate effectively with all levels of leadership; Provide recommendations for business process and systems improvements; Gather data, perform root cause analysis, and recommend course of action; Effectively build and maintain internal customer and peer relationships to support effective implementations; Provide support (e.g., break/fix, how to expertise, minor enhancements, monitoring, testing, troubleshooting) for ERP as necessary.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field and 3 years of experience as a Configuration Analyst, Principal Consultant, Team Lead, or relevant position. This position also requires: 3 years of experience with different modules of Oracle ERP (GL, AR, AP, Purchasing, Projects); 3 years of experience with Oracle Database or PL/SQL; Experience with Oracle BI Publisher and SQL development practices; Experience with Java/J2EE and Oracle SOA; Experience with Oracle Transportation Management (OTM); Experience with supporting packaged ERP software solutions; and Experience with Oracle Cloud applications.
