Highmark Health, headquartered in Pittsburgh, PA has a work-at-home Senior Consultant position (with the ability to telecommute with appropriate telecommuting systems; the remote worksite must be within commuting distance of Pittsburgh, PA for weekly trips to the corporate office) to be responsible for driving customer value through client-facing advisory and delivery services in support of HM Health Solutions' product offerings.  Responsibilities include: (i) gathering data; (ii) analyzing, identifying, and problem solving from information sets; and (iii) developing client-specific requirements, standard operating procedures, functional roles and responsibilities, process flow, and user guides.

Must have a bachelor’s degree (or foreign equivalent) in Business Administration, Management Information Science, Health Administration, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field plus three (3) years of healthcare consulting experience.

Must have any experience with: (i) IT strategy consulting; (ii) requirements management; (iii) supporting proposal development and client presentations; (iv) the health insurance domain; and (v) project management.

Must be willing to able to travel up to 80% of the time.
