Overview Lennar is looking for a Senior Analyst to support our digital content and core product initiatives. The ideal candidate is a driven, strategic analyst with demonstrable experience of supporting and influencing product growth and UX/UI development, a deep understanding of digital content with experience owning data from modern Content Management System (CMS) platforms, product optimization via web experimentation, and website analytics. Responsibilities Primary owner of data analytics support for all digital content on lennar.com and our CMS, including quality and completion metrics End to end ownership of Product Content by building and scaling data tooling and reports to quantify the impact of our content and empower self-service discovery by our partners Quantify impact of our content through visitor behavior reporting, funnel conversion, feature engagement, experimentation measurement, front-end tracking, and general product performance Ownership of web experiment design, measurement, performance reporting and outcome recommendations Direct collaboration with Content Team, Product Managers, Engineers, and Business Leaders to execute against a shared roadmap by pairing analytics to each and every team initiative Own all things data during the implementation of changes to the website to improve customer engagement and value metrics Provide timely insights and analytical support to different internal stakeholders to support effective business decision-making Develop a deep knowledge of key success indicators and uphold best practices for measurement and reporting Qualifications 3+ years of experience in product analytics, demonstratable experience with digital content initiatives is a must 2+ years of experience in web experimentation and optimization Excellent communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills Proactive not reactive, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment Fluency in SQL is a must, as you’ll live in a SQL client, and a few other useful tools of the data trade Ability to take in requirements, ask smart questions, and produce high-quality actionable insights by telling a story with data and effectively communicating that story Confident with learning new tools, technologies, and methodologies Experience with Tableau or similar data visualization tools Knowledge of Python, R, and predictive modeling is a plus What we offer: The opportunity to deliver impact across one of the largest homebuilders in the United States.
