You have a strong background in designing knits and sweaters. You are creative, adaptable and enjoy coming up with new innovative silhouettes and stitches. You love to conceptualize a season that is both fashion and commercially-driven and reflective of the creative vision and Tory Burch aesthetic.

A Day in the Life:

As a Senior Designer on our team, your typical day could include identifying emerging trends, meticulously hand-sketching designs, and overseeing seasonal conceptualization and design concepts for Sweaters. You'll elevate, refine, and expand our assortment while maintaining consistency with the brand aesthetic. You'll partner with our merchant and product development teams, bringing designs to life from start to finish.

To Land This Role:

7+ years of design experience working for a luxury retailerA “self-merchandising” designer who can drive creativity while maintaining profit goals.Experience managing design budget and calendar.Vision and ability to conceptualizeDesigner who is creatively driven while maintaining a business mindset as it relates to profitability and commercial acceptability.Self-merchandising, must understand commercial acceptability.Ability to identify trends on a long and short-term basis.Must be cost-driven, methodical and calendar-driven.High and translatable taste level.Strong people skills with the ability to manage unique and diverse personalities.Possesses inspirational and directional leadership skills.

Compensation Range

The compensation range for this position is 115,000.00 USD - 155,000.00 USD. Our offer will be based on your relevant experience and work location.
