The Role 


We are looking for an outstanding candidate to take on a variety of strategic, operational, and analytical projects to drive quality growth for the first party Roku TV Business. In this position you’ll have the chance to lead mission-critical projects end to end from working on strategic planning and analysis to presenting your recommendations to the Roku TV leadership team and working cross-functionally with our business development, product, engineering, sales, and marketing teams on key initiatives.  This is a great opportunity to join a highly visible, fast growing, and impactful team in one of Roku's key growth areas that will play a critical role in shaping the future of the TV business.

 

For California Only - The estimated annual salary for this position is between $130,000 and $135,000 annually. Compensation packages are based on factors unique to each candidate, including but not limited to skill set, certifications, and specific geographical location. This role is eligible for health insurance, equity awards, life insurance, disability benefits, parental leave, wellness benefits, and paid time off.

 
What you’ll be doing 

Identify opportunities, develop hypotheses, and execute in-depth analyses to translate data into insights and make recommendations to Roku TV’s leadership team based on your findings  Enable our organization to continue to be highly data-driven as we scale by synthesizing insights, building financial models and developing KPIs for real-time monitoring of performance  Build and manage deal models to support business development negotiations with key partners  Work closely with product management, R&D and operations teams to accurately forecast deals and partnerships, including revenue, costs, headcount and operating expenses  Build detailed models and analysis to support new business opportunities, including risk assessment and scenario analyses  Work closely with the businesses to drive the long-range strategic plan, annual plan & monthly forecasts  Provide ad hoc modeling and in-depth analysis to drive intelligent decision making 

 

We’re excited if you have  3+ years of in strategic corporate finance, management consulting, private equity/venture capital, investment banking and/or management consulting  Ability to think across multiple dimensions of a business (sales, product, marketing etc.) and work cross-functionally to deliver results  Equally comfortable to get in the weeds and work at the lowest level of detail, but is just as comfortable thinking long-term and driving strategic initiatives   Exceptional skill at effectively building and maintaining relationships with multiple stakeholders, manage multiple competing priorities, and drive projects to completion  Advanced Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint skills.  Desire to work in a fast-paced environment with constant change  Bonus Experience: Knowledge of SQL, Anaplan, NetSuite, Looker, Python  #LI-RR1 Benefits
