We are seeking a talented Senior Financial Analyst to join our team. As a member of the Financial Planning & Analysis team, the Sr. Financial Analyst role will focus on the areas of Community Sales, Marketing, and Capital Planning.

How you will make an impact

Conduct financial analysis and complex modeling necessary to evaluate and promote efficient financial operations, and implement new initiatives Consult with business areas to determine analytical needs, business requirements and reporting; collaborate across the business to find opportunities for using data to provide meaningful analytics to drive business solutions and support key operational and strategic initiativesIdentify and drive improvements in management reporting including the creation of standard and ad-hoc analysis, reports, tools, and dashboardsProduce business results tracking, analysis, and reporting inclusive of metrics and benchmarks, variance to plan, trends, and potential risks and opportunitiesParticipate in the forecast and annual operating & capital budget processesDevelop visualizations to make sophisticated analyses accessible to a broad audience

Compensation: Commensurate with experience starting at $80,000 annually.

What you will need

Four-year degree in finance or accounting, MBA preferredFive years or more of professional experience in analytical finance or accounting rolesExperience with Microsoft AX Dynamics, Salesforce and Tableau preferred
