Credence Management Solutions, LLC, is seeking an immediate Senior Financial Analyst to support an Intelligence Community (IC) client. As the Senior Financial Analyst, you will serve in a senior role providing oversight and guidance to teammates performing PP&E valuation analysis, financial analysis, NFR remediation, and policy review/formulation while directly contributing to the work effort. This client-facing role will benefit from your previous audit, audit remediation, and leadership experience. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to the duties listed below 12 or more years of total experience.8 or more years of specialized experience in Department of Defense (DoD) or the IC supporting audit and/or audit readiness and remediation.At least four (4) years’ team lead experienceBachelor’s degree or higher in Business, Finance, Accounting, or equivalent work experience. Academic degrees may be substituted for years of experience, and years of experience may be substituted for academic degrees based on the following:2 years of school = 1 year of experience.2 years of experience = 1 year of school.Active TS Clearance (with ability to obtain SCI eligibility and Counterintelligence Polygraph) Education, Requirements and Qualifications A Clearance is required: Must have a Top Secret (TS) security clearance with access to Sensitive Compartmented Information (SCI) (TS/SCI). Working Conditions and Physical Requirements Performing as a working Team Lead, and providing oversight and guidance to team members while directly contributing to the work effortAnalyzing Notices of Findings and Recommendations (NFRs) issued by the external auditor and developing recommendations and milestones for Corrective Action Plans (CAPs), based on the five financial statement assertions.Applying your knowledge of asset management (acquisition, administration, disposal) and analyzing data from the general ledger, contracts, commitment documents, and other key supporting documents to develop accounting recommendations.Applying your experience and knowledge of audit to execute reassertion processes to assist the client with achieving an unmodified audit opinion.Assessing data sets necessary to address the NFRs and CAPsInterpreting DoD guidance related to property (PP&E, IUS, Real Property)Applying critical thinking skills to develop conclusions.Developing or updating Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) or process narratives and flowchartsEngaging in both written and verbal communications with Government POCs, across all levels of the organization
