Senior Financial Analyst - Capital/Rehab

This Senior Financial Analyst will partner with a Finance Manager to support the Capital Furnishings and Rehab Fall Prevention divisions to report on monthly financial results, lead quarterly forecasting processes, and collaborate with business partners to provide strategic decision making for future investments.

Core JobResponsibilities

Analyze financial results, trends and metrics on a monthly basis and meet with Division General Managers to communicate their results. Communicate key drivers in regards to the full financial profit and loss statement (sales, margin, customer drivers, adjustments, etc.). Lead quarterly forecast processes for these divisions by collaborating across the organization and owning financial model.Review the internal Financial Statements for errors before they are published, including Sales, COGS, and expenses.Perform ROI analysis, scenario modeling, and provide decision support for future business planning decisions and investments.Provide guidance and specialized expertise to Product Managers and Associate Analysts in the department.

Basic QualificationsBachelor’s degreeAt least 3 years of financial planning, reporting, and analysis experience.Advanced skill level in ERP financial systems.Advanced level skill in Microsoft Excel (for example: using AVERAGE function, merging and centering cells, printing centered page and/or creating a pivot table).

Preferred Qualifications

Bachelors Degree in Finance, Accounting or related field.
