As Senior Internal Auditor, you will be solving complex problems and identifying key areas for improvement and innovation. You will take ownership of delivering assurance and consulting services for our company globally. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams on project assignments to deliver financial and operational audits and value-added consulting engagements.

As Senior Internal Auditor, you will be responsible for:

Executing financial and operational assurance activities to deliver global consulting engagements to our organizationDeveloping an understanding of processes, risks, and opportunities through research and interviews with subject matter expert colleaguesAnalyzing data and processes to identify improvements to business processes and financial reportingIdentifying sound recommendations for improvements to controls and business proceduresFormulating sound recommendations for improvements to controls and business processesCommunicating recommendations to stakeholders through presentations and report writingDocumenting work performed to support conclusions and recommendations

To be successful in this role you will:

Have Bachelor's Degree in Business, Accounting, or Finance or demonstrate equivalent, professional work experienceHave or pursuing an accounting and/or audit certification, such as CPA, CIA, CMAHave a minimum of 2+ years’ experience in an internal auditing positionBe a subject matter expert in auditing, consulting or other relevant financial or operational experienceHave advanced IT skills, including solid competency with Word and ExcelDemonstrate excellent written, verbal and presentation skills including communicating complex technical content to a range of audiencesBe a self-starter, proactively taking the initiative to solve problems and providing resolutionsShow good analytical skills and an aptitude for problem-solvingBe able to travel up to 20% both domestically and internationally
