Job Description

Excellence, community, and innovation are Swift’s core values and reflect exactly what you will experience leading this team.  As a Sr. Java Developer/Technical Lead you will have the opportunity to support a development team based in the US for Payment Control Engine FCC. As a Sr Java Developer and Technical Lead, you will be working closely with internal customers, technical analysts and other engineers to develop your product/service.

You will also assist with improving and maintaining continuous integration/deployment frameworks, and you will constantly strive to further automate and optimize where possible. You will build and maintain positive relationships with other delivery organizations inside Swift, and as part of an Agile team, you will be flexible to temporarily take on other assignments (analysis, development, testing, …) when needed.

Requirements

The estimated salary range for a new hire into this position in Virginia is 113,300 MINIMUM to 210,400 MAXIMUM USD.  Salary may vary depending on job-related factors which may include knowledge, skills, experience, and location. Our compensation packages include a competitive base salary and bonus opportunity for all employees contingent on personal and company performance.  Our generous benefits program includes medical, dental, vision and life insurance with no premium costs for our employees and their families, and retirement plan plus matching 401k.
